Carington International Corporation Promised refund not recieved. Internet

 I was told that they would pay 80% of my medical bills when I first joined and paid by check over the phone for one year. After recieving my package I called They said it would be 60% not 80%. I told them I wanted to cancel and to refund my money they said I had to wait 30 days before I could apply for it. I spoke with several techs. that told me different dates that I would recieve my refund, this went on for months then they said I had to send a letter of cancellation a couple of days before deadline. I canceled the account 06/22/09 cancellation #281036. All the Agents I spoke with said my refund would be sent in the order it was recieved, some said they had computer problems, others said they would send straight to refunds because it have been a long time. Still no refund. Then I was told the refund letter got there too late and I wouldn't get one. Now they are saying the will keep my full 119.00. I spoke with David agent 967, Mike 2334 gave me a conformation #630783 that he sent information to refund Dept. so I would recieve my refund pay. Also spoke with Erlene 969, Anthony 403, I was told I would revieve payment within 30 days thats been about 4 months ago. Spoke with Allya 7167 also promised my refund within 30 days, still NO REFUND.
