Back in May 2009 I heard a commercial for telemarketing services. I called the number and was given to Karen Trigger. Karen was a great sales person and very believable in what she was offering. Of course if I didn't send my $795 in that day, I would miss a special promotion which would include much more than their basic program.

From that time forward, getting hold of anyone at this company has been virtually impossible. The few times I did get hold of people, they told me they would pass my information on to the powers that be. It ends up being, that the person I was assigned to as my project manager, was actually the owner of the company, Christina. She only talked to me once and apologized for the "misunderstanding". She was going to make everything right. This was sometime in July of 2009.

I have called and emailed probably 50 + times by now with no responses. The last time I did talk to Christina she let me know that there was no way I was getting my money back.

If anyone is thinking about using this company, just Google their name, Excel Telemarketing and you will see that they are continuing to steal from hard working business owners such as myself. If anyone wants to form a class action suit against them, please let me know. I would be glad to participate.
