Carl Doppler/Doppler Internet Such a Liar!!!! Nationwide

I had hired Doppler Internet to design a website for my business. I got a call about a year later from Carl saying he was diagnosed with a terminal illness and that he would like my information to give to the new owner of his business.  I was un easy about it and decided not to continue with his services.  Wished him the best and went on with my life.  A year later I realized they had been taking money out of my account, $200 here, $300 there, etc.  In all it was over $4000.  I had never given my information except for payment initially for the web design.  I contacted Carl (surprised he was still alive) and he gave me some sob story about how when he was diagnosed and had to cut some employees they got upset and took money out of some accounts (mine happened to be one).  He promised me he would return the money within weeks.  Well weeks, months went by, he stopped answering my calls and emails.  I contacted the Attorney General out of Florida where he gave them the same sob story, doesn't have a job, trying to feed his family, etc.  Long story short, never received my money, he is a total scammer, loser and liar!!!!  Just google him and you will find out!!!!
