HE DOES NOT MEAN THIS APOLOGY, HE IS SIMPLY JUST DOING IT FOR SHOW BECAUSE IT IS ON A PUBLIC SITE. FOUND OUT HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE TO THE PEOPLE HE WAS RUDE TO AND HARASSING, HOW CAN ANYONE TRUST YOUR REVIEWS ARE NOT FAKE IF YOU ARE? BOYCOTT CARLEY'S CLEAR AND SMOOTH, IT IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY, UNFORTUNATELY.

Why are you apologizing to me shouldn't you apologize to that person instead, I highly doubt they even want to come back to this site after seeing what you wrote before, so they probably won't see it, so it would be best to direct it to them. I hope you will do that because it seems that was all that was necessary on your part.

I do apologize for any personal comments that were said about the person in the response to this report. It was a mistake and wrong headed on my part. I will repeat we will be happy to post any commnets about the quality of our product and the service that was rendered. We will not post any claims of making false reviews. We have never posted a fake review. 

First of all who is trudramatic, I think you have me confused with somebody else because that is not my email or username, This report was about The Carley's site NOT EBAY,  so ebay is irrelevant this is about your website in which you do have control over. Whatever person you are talking about I am not, I saw their review and had the same experience, so I copied it to this site, I don't want you to confuse someone else with me, so again, I am not trudramatic, and your rebuttal really shows how unprofessional of a comapny you truly have if you are insulting someone based off of their username. Reading their review I saw they were giving an honest opinion and the only reason why your company would react to one person or rather two people like this is because you know the claims are not false that is why you keep changing the subject to ebay, rather what it is about which is your company and your website, I've seen the reviews on ebay and they are not even about the product, they are about fast shipping and getting free items, not what your product does. If you are this offended you shouldn't even be in business. You should edit the trudramatic as that is not my username and you want to know then simply ask, but don't make me out to be someone else. Your words alone show how crazy of a company you are and even more so, show how horrible your customer service is that you would provide another consumer's information, you do realize that is illegal for you to provide that information to a third party without their consent, somehow I will inform the individual. So, you should remove it before you have legal troubles.

With over 35,000 positive reviews on ebay, the idea we manufacture reviews is ridiculous. And libelous. It would be fraud to do so. We have no control over reviews posted on ebay. Yet we average about one negative review there a year. Yes we do reward our regular customers with a bonus item if they go to the troouble to post a video review. But we never ask them to say anything false or even tell them what to say. That would be fraud. Besides if they didn't like our products, why would they want a free item? Makes no sense. 

As far as us scolding her? That is also silly. We did not post her review on our site because she accused us of fraud. She said we made up reviews. I asked her to repost her review without making those charges. She can say anything she wants about our product and service. And we will post the review. Haven't heard from her since. Offer is still open. 

If you have ever worked with customer service you know sometimes there are customers you can't please no matter what you do. Her handle is trudramatic. What does that tell you about her?  I'm willing to bet she is a regular on this site. You know the type; always feeling they are being cheated. This person received a full refund. 

What I read from her review she didn't sound like she felt cheated, she said you were RUDE!!!!!!! and your rebuttal proves that, I wouldn't brag that you are the owner seeing how you sound like an employee with bad manners. Honestly, my observation is you are the one with the problem if you treat customers like that, and talk about them in a disrespectful manner, that isn't the only review I found that says your company has fake reviews, there are plenty other sites, are you going to attack every person that doesn't praise your company and product but at this point its not even about the product its about how you conduct your business and speak to customers and give out their info, that proves to other consumers that their information is not safe on your site.  If you felt your product was so amazing you wouldn't feel the need to defend every single bad review on other sites, seeing how you obviously control them on your site and saying that you control what reviews are put on your site is not stating fraud, consumers have the right to say what they experience and observe, the fact that you are so bothered shows you definitely have something to hide. The only one being sued is you for slandering others, and having fake reviews. here are other reviewers that would agree and I am running out of room so, I'll post more later. you can check these out at acne.org which has plenty more.

I'm going to warn you that if you post anywhere accusing us of fraud in

manufacturing reviews. We will sue you for slander. And we will win. You

will have to come to federal court here in Orlando to defend yourself. 
It
will possibly cost you thousands in court costs. And who knows what 
in
penalties. Like I said I will be more than happy to post any 1 star 
review you
give us. As long as you don't accuse us of manufacturing 
reviews. We have
never done that. That is a crime. You must be very 
careful accusing anyone of
a crime with out substantial evidence.
