I leased a property form Mr. Carlisle Frank Mitchell with Transcend Realty and Development on April 20th.
A deposit was made of $1900.00 and the Rent for the first months of $1900.00 was paid to Carlisle Mitchell on April 20th 2010.
Carlisle- Had a prospect buyer April 21st 2010.
April 22nd 2010 Mr. Carlisle contacted us and agreed to pay all funds and assist us in relocating. He agreed to return all fund upon the date of move out.
On April 22nd 2010 an old tenant came in to premises unannounced while I was not there and my girlfriend was taking a shower.
Since then I have move off premises and made numerous attempts to contact Charlie with no positive results. Since then I have found out that he has changed his phone number, his real estate license has been inactive since 2/28/2006 as per T.R.E.C. and when I pulled his company up on the Texas Real Estate Commissions website Transcend Realty does not have a broker of record nor does it exist in their records.
Since then I have never received a copy of the executed contract signed by him, nor funds, or any type of communications.
I would strongly urge anyone dealing with this individual and anyone associated with Tresend Realty and Development to run the other way or you might get scammed yourself.

Houston, TX 77046, is not office at all, he RENTS it out and pays per use, to make it appear he has a credible business. Transcend Realty and Development is NOT a legit company. Just a front.
