Carlos Rodriguez $5000 dollars was my initial investment, i can't recuperate my investment after several trial. Miami Florida

In 2006 I invested $5000 in metal through Global Bullion after several conferences with their brokers, I was eskeptic about it but they convenced me. Several months later I intended to close my account seeing prices of silver incrementing so it look that I have earned some money. Placed several calls but no-one returned my messages. I have tried to cancell my account and recuperate some of my money but until now i have not gotten any money. Lat time I talk to Carlos Rodriguez was around October 2007, he said That he will cancell the account and a check will be send to me. I never received the money and I've been trying to get a hold of them but no calls have been returned.
