Carlos was refered to me by a mutual friend Edgar Nunez as a person with a lot of knoledge in loans modifications,after talking to Carlos we agreed to put my two properties into his " program " with a payment of $ 3,000.00 every month to Carlos Ruiz,deposited to a Wells Fargo account #(((REDACTED))) under GFFG,He said he was going to do everything to restructure the loans.
After almost one and a half years into his program I lost a rental property in west Los Angeles and one month latter ,lost my residence.
I have tried to contact Carlos Ruiz ,he never answers and voice mail is full ,can not leave a message,the adress in the business card is in Ontario but He always told me his office is in Santa Clarita.
Last time I talked to him we agreed to get together to talk about the whole thing, We still have unfinish busuness.
