Carl's Patio Furniture
Don't buy anything from these guys. They will not honor their warranties and will keep billing you. We purchased several items from them and were willing to pay our bill if they fixed the problems. When we called they would claim they have to look into the problem and get back to us. They never would call back but each quarter we would get another bill.
They keep up with the same tactic and then file a law suit. They know how to beat you in court. You have to bring in industry experts to testify in your defense. Carls knows that you will have a difficult time getting experts to take a day off to appear in court for you.
If you already purchased something from them. Take pictures and get others to view your product.
Stay away from these guys.
