Carlton is a rude crook, who has been in this crooked business for 20 years. I purchased a trial disc for $9.95 and after 1 month I returned it as it was not helpful. In the meantime a few days after my deadline I started receiving an avalange of a very shallow literature about investing stock marked etc etc ... and I never ever asked for it. This was not my field at all.
After calling a very unprofessional customer service, I was told it was too late and I can not cancel my orders/ which I never ordered in the first place./The hard struggling on the phone was not helpful. I asked them to check my conversation which might have been recorded. They promised to call me back. They never did, but my credit card was charged for more than $400.00 It was no way to get my money back so finally I gave up.
This entire experience was nasty and unbelivable, how it might have happen nowadays when we have proofs of all literature ordered and they still were able to rip us off. This is their system which always works for them. Big fraud and the method which attracts all customers who always become victims later on......The Better Businesss BUREAU should take some actions as soon as possible.That SHEETS, THE Crook, still shows his face on TV. It should be forbidden to advertise something which is a big, big FRAUD.!!!!!TRULY

Why can't you do a Charge Card chargeback?

I have done two so far and it is easy. A CC chargeback completely changes the dynamics by putting the seller on the defensive.
Did you send the first item back with any tracking, like cert mail return receipt?
