I was told by my salesman that all car max go threw a 125 point inspection which I was lied to and it was a total misrepresentation. I was sold a Cadillac. A junk from the day I took it out of the lot. I have so many thing wrong with it, it proved they never did a 125 inspection. I had to rent cars so I could do my work, because I was ready to lose my job. I was unable to do my job I lost so much money whit that junk car hat I was sold by car max that I did not have an option to give it back to the lender. So not just buying a junk car was I harmed but now I have a reposition on my credit.
I have service records from the day I took the car out of the car max lot.
I am filing a complaint with the Delores Division. with the State Of Florida.

Consumer Responsibilities!

AUTHOR: MsGem620 - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, April 13, 2015

As a consumer, you have rights and responsibilities. You need to do your own research when you are buying a car. You should test drive a vehicle, inspect it visually, have an outside mechanic look it over - ALL BEFORE purchase! You took it off the lot, made the sale, signed the paperwork and if it had so many problems, you had 5 days to return it. 30 day warranty if anything goes wrong with it. I believe that this is a bogus report.

You bought a used car - did you not have it inspected by a mechanic or test drive it first?? That is on you.  As for the rest of report = (((redacted)))

Warranty?

AUTHOR: Jim - ()

POSTED: Thursday, February 19, 2015

Did you have a warranty?  If not, why would you expect free warranty service?  If you didn't have a warranty, you bought the car "AS IS".

The repo is YOUR FAULT.  If you're trying to say you gave it back because of the problems, that was entirely YOUR CHOICE and is a repo.

No, I don't work for them.
