We purchased a Coach tote from Carmondies (Carly Pierce) on her website. The tote we received was missing the brass hardware and the zipper was broken. It was also used and worn! Clearly not the bag advertised!
We immediately contacted Carly Pierce and returned the tote. Although Carly Pierce acknowledges receipt of her tote, she refuses to refund our money. I consider this theft! Also, there appear to be other similar complaints regarding Carmondies with the BBB.
