CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES - HOLIDAY The worst vacation ever! With the rudest Guest Relations, they actually made me cry! MIAMI Florida

My husband is a Fireman, and Iam a Foster parent, this was our first cruise.
Our first vacation in 13 years. The first two nights on the ship we had to sleep, in the information room, on a couch, with another man. Our room was 92 degrees. The coolest it got, in 5 days was 88 degrees. The water in the bathroom was bright orange. We did not drink it, but still got, and still are very sick, to our stomache, and throats. After every day of complaining, they offered us 15% off another cruise, and $150. They gave me a # to call and complain. Then charged us $243. for the phone call. This was suppost to be a second honey moon, without our 5 kids. But it was impossible to be romantic in a room we could not stay in for more then 20 minutes at a time. The smells, seemed to come from ever where. I had to go out on the deck to put my make up on, because we sweated so bad in our room, my make up would be dripping down my face onto my clothes. We made a video of the room, the water in the bathroom, and the temp. from a temp. gauge magnet we bought in the gift shop. I mailed a copy of the video to them yesterday. I would love to have an attorney contact us, we have plenty of proof. All I asked for was 50% of our money, a free cruise on a nicer ship, and the money back from the phone call. I think we deserve alot more!!!!
