Carol Sparks is a DCF attorney working for Lake County Florida. She abuses her position and is contantly in contempt of court for failing to follow the law.
Before becoming an attorney Carol Sparks was a registered nurse but was struck off for substance abuse. As a result she can never practice medicine again.
Carol Sparks will unlawfully open cases against families purely on person vendetta basis. She has not consideration for the health or safety of the children is is emplyed to protect.
She has been known to remove children when there was no reason, and not remove children when there were reasons - she uses her personal grudges to decide which cases she takes to court.
She has been known to removed children from safe and stable environments and place the children with abusive drug addicted parents with no thought for the health or safety of the child but because it allows her to weald her power over a parent who dares to stand up to her.
She has numerous Inspector General investigations into her conduct yet is still employed by the department and allowed to run riot and endanger numerous children's lives.
THIS WOMAN IS A DANGER TO CHILDREN AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HER POSITION IMMEDIATELY.
