We purchased a male tiny yorkshire terrior from Carol. The puppy didn't look right, but we fell in love with him. Our family spoke to Carol about him and his health. We also took him to our vet. It seemed that our little puppy could not absorb food and could not keep his sugar up. We fed him with a dropper every 2 hours and gave him nutrical and kept karo syrup in his water. Nothing helped. We returned to our vet when he got worse. Our vet tells us that he could have had Liver Shunt. Something was causing him alot of problems. Our little baby died. We called Carol, and Carol promised us another puppy. She said we needed to send her the paperwork from our vet, which I faxed to her and received a confirmation. Carol never responded. She also never responded to my many emails, phone calls, and faxes. I had promised my little boy that Carol said we could pick up our new puppy in a couple of weeks. She gave her word. Finally, I reached by calling a cell number I believe. She said the puppy died from Hypoglycemia. I told her she had promised us a puppy and that the puppy did not die from Hypoglycemia and even our vet said so, including having that on the paperwork I sent to her. She promised to call me that week after speaking with our vet. She never did speak with our vet and now refuses to answer anything. We our out ALOT of money as these are very, very expensive dogs. She will not answer any requests, emails, phone calls, faxes, nothing. I have since contacted a a store owner in FL. that used to advertise for Carol and Yorkie babies. She advised me that her store no longer advertises for Carol, and has had many complaints on her. She also stated that it is a puppy mill, and she had received many complaints that it is a puppy mill and that other purchasers of Carols puppies have gone through this also. We need our money back, or our puppy. We did everything right. I don't understand it, and what's worse, my children are suffering because of what this person has done to our family. My kids loved that little dog and so did we. We are devastated by this. If anyone out there can help us, please help. For others that may be looking to buy a puppy, please, please do NOT purchase from Carol Voytovich and Yorkiebabies.com.

This was 5 years ago. What's done is done. I certainly am no liar and there was most definitely no harrassment, but at this point, my family does not wish to take this any further. Enough is enough. This rediculous arguing could go on and on and it's just not worth it. Everyone needs to find out on their own by doing their own homework, going to the places where you wish to purchase anything, much less an animal. We still have one little baby that we got from there and although she has a really, really hard time with Hypoglycemia, she is otherwise alright. She takes a lot of care, but we adore her. She is like one of our children! :-) She sleeps with me, and I am up and down to her all through the night because of her blood sugar problems, and I watch her very closely all during the day as well, but we have her and our family adores her. We have another we got about 4 yrs ago from someone else and he is truly healthy. We do not breed them and our little one is not healthy enough for breeding anyway if we did want to, which we don't. He has no blood sugar problems, a beautiful coat of hair and they both look great when they have their little winter hammies and jackets on! :-) I just wish the whole incident could just disappear. We will always miss our little guy but he is in Heaven. We don't want to remember the misery of it all and are very happy now with our babies. All the best to Carol and any one out there with their beloved pets of all kinds. Our consciences are clear and we sleep well every night with our babies under the covers with us. They are spoiled rotten! I am going to choose to ignore anything else written here as this was 5 years ago.

I am sure that both parties are upset. One has spent a significant amount of money on a puppy that the party lost and the other is being bashed for following a signed contract.

stumbled across this looking for another Small breeder.Why would someone lie? or waste their time to post this about you. you shouldnt just call them liars. This person is really upset.
