Was browsing on line in August 2012 for steel garages.  Immediately got a phone call from salesman Zach Williams regarding my requirements.  Spoke to him numerous times over 2 week period describing exactly what I wanted and the building requirements for Western NY with respect to severely heavy snow loads.  Approved a vertical style building so that the snow would slide OFF THE ROOF instead of sitting on the roof and caving in.  Zach was fully aware that this was going to be a HEATED workshop.

After months of problems with the company, they finally showed up, but put the building up incorrectly. The building inspector will not approve this building because it is a serious hazard.  

The first snow of the season dropped over a foot of snow.  The building leaks from the roof right into the electrical sockets. 

They company absolutely refuses to remedy THEIR MISTAKE and hangs up repeatedly.  Cannot get any satisfaction regarding their 100% satisfaction guarantee (a joke) or their warranty or their "certified building" claims.

I have been calling numerous times per week - repeatedly - since mid-November and they refuse to call me back.  In the last conversation I had with Darryl Pulliam (manager) last week, he stated on no uncertain terms that the company WOULD NOT do anything to fix their mistake.  

Now I am left with a building that does not pass code and the inspector wants torn down.  THEY DO NOT CARE - they got their money and that's all they care about.
