Do Not use CEC. CEC sub contracts out work. will almost triple your cost and will offer financing via "Greensky". they will place two charges to the account in addition to any deposit you pay. "Sales rep" will play word games to make you think you have (deposit) paid to the load when in fact yur deposit goes to CEC and yu are then stuck with the original full est cost of the project.
If you do not know the exact details of what has to be done and do not know the technical aspects of the project, the sales rep will word game you into thinking you are receiving exactly want you want and grossely over charge you.
Do NOT use CEC for any project.

I did and he does. I spent 7 week days dealing with this outfit, never getting the same answer. Today they told me my FP/GP/MD is a specialist and I have to pick a P/GP from thier list. As my MD manager indicates he is a non specialist unless board certified FP/GP is a specialist counts. Too many diffrent yes you are good no you are not is indictiave of a shoddy outfit that it can't be dependable
