This company should be put out of business. Enetered into an agreement for 600.00 back in August of 2016, couldnt pay at the time so i offered an installment agreement to pay the account. Management switched and the new manager Kayla submitted my check causing an OD of the amount pkus 35.00. Contatced corporate who says they are community loans which is Carolina PAyday Loans to be told they are not showing my account. Provided proof of the deduction only to be stalled and refused. Submitted a dispute to bank as well as filed a complaint with the consumer affairs divison. Was referred to the state board of finance.
