As of Nov. 28, 2008 Ms. Peterson and Mr. Nadzak have stated the ENTIRE security deposit is being withheld based on the fact that small portion of carpet was damaged by my dog 2 weeks ago.
And for the second time, 4rent checks were cashed all at once, even tho the expiration of 90 days had expired from the check.

Last week Mr Ken Nadzak lied to gain entry into the home on the basis that he was making some repairs and showing the home to a new possible tenant(his only way to gain access). though when he arrived he was alone and had an excuse for the absence of the other 2 people. He then went around the house taking pictures. After an arguement concerning the above mention entire security deposit withholding i walked away from the conversation and let him know we were done here.

He then called the police and stated that i wouldn't give him access to the property he owns, however he had the pictures right there on his camera. But alas, i let him come in for the SECOND time to Retake the exact same pictures!

Basically this has been the worst renting year of my life, and i will be forced to take them to court for the entire $1600 on a $100 repair!

BE WEARY OF THESE LANDLORDS!! it was all planned from the very beginning to keep getting more and more money out of me which i never fell for and now they keep an additional 1600 bucks... Sleavy, slimy tactats for a few dollars!

Almost forgot some of the most important elements of the house itself all of which the landlord and Access Homes were aware of and never fixed.

Nails sticking up through the carpet (which both my dog and myself have numerously stepped on)

An overwhelming scent of fish when the lights in the kitchen are left on

An actual mushroom sprouted from the carpet in the living room and mold has formed around the front door frame and the smell of mildew is overwhelming when its hot

The refridgerator leaks into the refridgerator and ice forms on the shelves
even when the fridge temp was kept lower to test if it was on too high

Did i mention the mushroom?

The backyard floods beyond belief no matter what the rainfall is like
