It's hard to know who to listen to when you're trying to find help but I can tell you I never set out to in any way to demean or talk down to my patients nor is money the primary driving force of my practice.  I always try to respect my patients, even when I don't receive the same as I know that the people coming to me are in pain whether it be physical or emotional and I see my job as to help them in whatever way I can.  I make recommendations that I sincerely believe will help someone and try to work with my patient to help them make wise choices for their care or to find someone else to help them if I can't.

Clients come to me asking for SuBoxone.  For those who are really ready to give up their addiction, Suboxone has been a life-saver in my experience.  While there are many negative reports on the internet, I can state that I have been prescribing Subxone for 10 years and have found that it has helped many of my patients.  It is always a patient's choice to use Suboxone or not.  HOwever, for opiate dependence the only other option is Methadone which is available in Methadone clinics in the area.  It is up to the patient to decide whether they want to quit cold turkey, use Methadone or use Suboxone.  It is totally their choice. I have no desire AND no reason to push Suboxone on anyone.
