Carousel Castillo/ Carol Castillo/ Ate Carol 10450 S. Vermont Ave animal abuse, scam, bug infestation, claim tenant property, verbal abuse, busted water heater, unsanitary living Los Angeles California

I am reporting animal abuse on a small white dog located at 10450 S. Vermont Ave Floor 2 Los Angeles, CA 90044. The animal has been beaten, untreated, unsheltered and unfed by the owner Carousel Castillo aka Carol Castillo aka Ate Carol. The dog's leg is broken because the poor dog can't walk on it due to the owners leaving the dog under a car outside of the house before and during a three day vacation. The dog is very skinny and is losing its hair. The pet's hair is matted into dirty tangled knots. The dog consistently runs away from owners. I have spoken with the owners numerous times to get the dog checked out by a veterinarian and give the dog food and water while under the heat on the unsheltered rooftop porch, but she refuses and continues to neglect the poor animal. The dog's name is Caribbean. Please help this dog as soon as possible before it is too late. Now that the dog limps she puts the dog outside of the gate in hopes that it never comes back. She has a camera at the front gate that should also be proof of everything I have just described. I was a previous tenant that couldnt take seeing this poor animal suffer so I moved out to file a report with the ASPCA. This poor animal definitely needs a voice.

Upon moving out the landlady verbally abused me and my fiance. Never gave back the deposit and claimed some of my belongings as hers which she can keep as long as this poor dog is taken care of. She also fries food over the gas stove with her baby strapped to her chest and locks her toddler out on the balcony when she thinks no one is around. Something needs to be done to protect these children and dog from further abuse. Hopefully this will help stop the abuse and cruelty now.
