Carports Unlimited is a freewheeling scam operation. They do marginal work for a quick buck but their cover that I paid $3500.00 for leaks every time it rains. I've contacted them dozens of times. Usually James Dampier's phone is too full of messages to leave him a new one. I got someone else to answer the phone once, and promise to send service man. No one ever came. I've been trying to get someone to fix their shoddy work since May. It's like playing Hide n' seek!
I liked the guy, but he's just a little too hasty to make a buck. Not much repeat business for them. If they fix the cover, I wouldn't have a complaint. The work looks OK, but a roof that leaks every time it rains isn't worth a dime, is it?

THIS IS JAMES DAMPIER .I OWN CARPORTS UNLIMITED .I HAVE NOT HID FROM ANYONE I SIMPLY REFUSE TO GO OUT TO THIS CUSTOMERS JOBSITE SIMPLY BECAUSE I COMPLETED THIS COVER AS I WAS ASKED TO BY THE OWNER ,HE ASKED THAT THE BEAMS BE INSTALLED IN A WAY THAT I WOULD NOT INSTALL THEM IN A NORMAL INSTALLATION .THAT IS THE REASON THE COVER LEAKS AFTER THE CUSTOMER NOT CARPORTS UNLIMITED COMPLETLY ALTERED MY COVER .I SENT A CREW OUT TO LOOK AT THE COVER AND UNTIL THE CUSTOMER CUSSED AND BELITTLED MY INSTALLER I EVEN AGREED TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER BUT AFTER THE CUSSING I JAMES DAMPIER DECIDED AGAINST ANY FURTHER ACTIONS TOWARD THE CUSTOMER AND YES NOW HE GETS AVOIDED .I HAVE MANY MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A REFERENCE ON OUR WORK .MY NUMBER IS 281 830 8616 THANK YOU
