Carports Unlimited (James Dampier) Texas Carports Ripped me off, paid $1000.00 now no return calls for months Deer Park (James In Katy) Texas

I PAID James Dampier $1000.00 to do a patio cover in my back yard ,he measured everything, I thought everything was good. I then contacted him & told him I wanted to get home owners association approval ,he said that was fine .Well less than 2 weeks later I started calling him,couldn't get no answer for about a week then ,he told me he had the flu & thats why he hadn't answered the phone. I understood people get sick ,so I gave him about another week then started calling him. It has been several months since he has been paid the $1000.00 & still will not return my calls. His phone is still on he changed the voice message for the holiday,but he cant call people back that he owes a carport or a $1000.00 to. I have waited way to long I make decent money but I work hard for my money and it's not fare for someone especially a company owner to rip people off. My next project is to find him either with Authorities or another way. I will file a legal suit on this man to either he steps up and does what a man should do refund my $$$$ or build my patio cover,some where.
