In January of 2007, I went to my mom and Stepdad's Home to get my lawn mower, Because Someone was taking parts off my engine trying to cheapen around to buying to fix their own product. I had a worker at the shop was telling me that the owner was telling the customer that he had a mower behind the shop. The worker at the shop told the person no that it belongs to his friend. However, my trust in this business has been ruint beyond description. I cannot and will not describe how hurt I am when I leave my 800 dollar riding mower to be safe. Please also take note if you take your vehicle to this shop to have it repaired. The costs of having repair man doing the work will be charged more than the quote. I have been ripped off more than one time.
I have done some second thinking about this business. Now that I am totally devastated, I doubt I will recommend this man for anything. If you live anywhere near area of Rockdale, Texas. Do not go to O'Reilly's auto parts and Do not go to this Carquest of Rockdale. This is the first time I had bad experience with this business. Its going to be my last time. Be careful when you take your vehicle in to be repaired. Best is to do the repairs yourself.

We are sorry for your bad experience, but given the very vague and inconclusive nature of the above report we have no insight as to what exactly went wrong or how to fix it. CarQuest of Rockdale is a great business run by a very kind and generous man. Any bad experience you may have had is not common or characteristic of the business.
