Carr&Carr Attourney's At Law ripoff Oklahoma city Oklahoma

In May of 2004 I was involved in a motorcycle accident involving a u-haul truck making an illegal U-turn. I contacted carr&carr. I was supposed to allow them 15% of settlement if my case didn't have to go to court, and 331/3% if it did. We settled out of court for peanuts.

I barely got enough out of my settlement to pay my expenses after they took the 33 1/3%. I was told This could be my only option, or not get anything at all. I took it. Now I'm still waiting on the settlement on my vehicle. It has been almost two years.

I have sent email's (no reply). I have made phone calls(no reply)

I'm starting to feel like I'm getting the runaround. I can't get a clear answer out of any one in the office. My attourney is either out of office, or in a deposition. I understand he is a busy man, but I think I should be kept informed of any progress I may be just a dumb ole redneck, But I know when I'm gettin screwed. Thank you, Down But definately NOT out.
