They allow dealerships to Bait & Switch customers. They are not customer oriented anymore. The comapny had a great reputation for building quality 5th wheel trailers for many years. Approximately 2 years ago, the company was sold and company has recently fired many of the long time experienced workers and have replaced the loyal workers with a young, inexperienced work force that has NO loyalty to the Carriage Inc. reputation for quality built trailers and for customer service.

We have been "RIPPED OFF" by a lying, cheating, smooth talking dealer in Berlin Heights, Ohio. Pin Oak RV Sales, Bruce Molleur. We had a signed contract for a Carriage LS 5th wheel trailer.... Upon receiving our MH as a trade in, Bruce used a bait & switch and traded us down to a much less unit called the Cameo LXI INSISTING that the Cameo was as good as the Carriage LS. According to higher ups at the Carriage Factory, the difference in price is well over $30,000. The deal was compared to ordering and paying for a Lincoln Town Car, and getting an Escort for the same money!!!

Even though Carriage Inc. is FULLY aware of this BLATANT RIP OFF by their dealer, Carriage Inc. has maintained they have no control over their dealers and will take NO action to help us rectify this!!

We got RIPPED OFF for over $30,000 and have ALL documents to prove we ordered the 2002 Carriage LS and all Carriage Inc. can tell us is how badly the dealer RIPPED US OFF!!

Bruce Molleur, Pin Oak RV Sales, advertises as the #1 Carriage, Inc. dealer in Ohio. He has a one-man operation out in a corn field in Indiana!! He has no large dealership!! In fact, he doesn't have new units on his premises!! He does all special orders so he can STICK IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!
