This complaint is about Carrie Jeske from the company will it launch and Inventive ideas Inc, and Earl Pardo whom is a product scout, and a partner of Carrie Jeske at will it launch.

Brief description of the complaint.

I sent an email to Earl Pardo with my invention. He called me and said he was interested and was going to send me a licensing contract to my email the following day. I never heard from him again.

Carrie Jeske called me on the phone. She belittled me, made me feel as if I was nieve, would not give me a chance to speak throughout the whole conversation. Basically manipulated and twisted everything I tried to say. She also accused me of harrassing Earl (when I sent him one email, and after a while with no reply back, called him and left him a message) both times, I was extremely nice.

Then she lied.... And gave me no explaniation or apology as to why Earl never responded to my email about the contract.

But I feel I have to mention first that I am not one to complain. Tis is my first time that I have ever done this, but I am so upset (especially Carrie calling me like that and belittling me) that I thought doing this would some how give me closure

Carrie Jeske is pretty big for online Utube seminars, she is well known in the inventers world... But saying that, my impression I got from her during at least a 35-40 minute conversation on the phone... Well, All I have to say is that, i WAS SHOCKED.

I send to williitlaunch.com an email about my new invention. I wanted to license it with their company and hopefully get it into big box stores. He emailed me back asking me what was a good time to call me as he was really interested in my invention. He called me and said their was 3 options on the table, I listened to them, and decided to go with option 3 which was a licensing deal for my invention where they would put up all the costs of marketing the product with a 30 second informercial and (or) an online marketing campaign. Earl said, if the campaign(s) went well, their company would finince all costs of marketing, advertiseing the product on ASONTV, and get it into big box stores such as Walmart etc.

The licensing deal on my end would be to pay me a small royalty percentage and he would send me a contract through to my email the following day. Well, I waited a few days before contacting him through email saying "Hi Earl, I know you are a busy person, but could you send the contract through when you have time"

More time passed without any reply so I thought I would make a quick phone call to him. I left a voice message basically saying the same thing. I was very pleasant about it. He never replied back to me.

So, although very discouraged, I started sending applications through to a couple of other ASONTV companies. I think there are only about 4-5 of them nationally. One of the companies was called 'Inventive Ideas Inc. At the time, I didn't know that Carrie Jeske was assocciated to this company aswell as willitlauch, until she emailed me back with 3 options for my invention. All of the options was required to give that company money, including sending them $17,000.00 to help with an infermercial for my product.

So I mentioned to her that her business partner Earl Pardo from her other company called will it launch never sent me a contract through and that we had talked on the phone....

Theres no way a verbal agreement that moves forward would be made like your suggesting, everything must be in writing (among other words along that line) those were her exact words.

Well, I do understand that, what she was saying is true. In life everyone goes through situations that are much like this "say and not do" etc... I have had my share of that aswell as rejection, difficulties etc and as people do, we move on, no problem.

So I emailed her back and mentioned that it was unprofessional of her partner whom is a representative of her company to not have the decency to atleast contact me back saying he was unable to move forward with this project.

I was polite when I mentioned this to her, but I guess she sensed I was upset so she called me the following day. That's what really upset me, not so much Earl Pardo ignoring my response. It was the way she talked to me on the phone.

The conversation started out pretty nice as she once again explained that a verbal agreement is not cemented in stone. I said what what on my mind.... That he could have contacted me back to let me know he changed his mind, it wasn't such a big deal.. But I was so excited when he told me he was moving forward with the project etc etc.

Then the conversation turned sour quickly when she mentionad I was harrassing him and I didn't give him time to respond back to me??? I had sent him ONE very polite email, and ONE nice voice message a few days later (thats it) just reminding him to send me the contract in his own time.

A longer story shorter.... During the hole conversation on the phone with Carrie which was agood half hour or more, she controlled everything, she would not let me get my two cents in, I literally had to try and talk over her in my defense for everything she was mentioning.

Including: telling me I was harrassing him, I asked her if she talked to him about my product, she said yes (this morning) but before I could ask her what Eal's excuse was ignoring my responses, she just kept talking and talking about things like it took me 15 years to get to where I'm at, I'm 50 years old. etc etc...

But, during that conversation that she completely controlled, she mentioned harrassment, she was belittling me and manipulating me saying it was my fault, I was nieve and that life doesn't work like that, a verbal contract is not a wriiten one and I shouldn't be so gullable.

She never apologised or give me closure as to why Earl didn't contact me back. But she did mention at the end of our one sided conversation, that if I have any new inventions, I should contact her personally and she will take a look at my next invention, evaluate it, and let me know if it's worth moving forward with.

Well I did contact her back throug her personal email with another invention. But guess what, she never responded back to me.
