Carrington College-San Leandro, Western Career College Instructor Credentaling Fraud San Leandro California

Dental Assistant instructor Edna Dolatre currently teaching at Carrington College-San Leandro aquiried her RDA license by fraud.  Her RDA application, by work experience, is signed by Dr. Jonas Garcia and Dr. Helen Dolatre, her cousin.  However, she never worked for either dentist.  Her resume, on file with the Dental Board of California, does not make any reference to either dentist.  Also, her resume obtained from the internet, does not list either dentist as well.  Further, Edna Dolatre obtained her Pit and Fissure Sealant license by fraud.  Her Pit and Fissure Sealant license is signed by Claribet Ortiz on July 10, 2010.  However, Ms. Dolatre never showed up for class.  No records can be returned showing she completed this course of study.  Also, as the Dental Assistant Direcotor at Heald College she assigned unlicensed instructors to teach couses that require the appropriate license.  She also aided another instuctor, Ms. Dungca, in obtaining her Pit and Fissure Sealant license by fraud.  Like Ms. Dolatre, she never showed up for class either.  Ms. Edna Dolatre has a history of making students refere to her as Dr. Dolatre, or Dr. Edna.  This apparently due to her degree obtain in the Philapines.  However, California Dental Board states, "Foreign education and/or experience is not accepted."
