CARSON TOYOTA - SAM IN FLEET RIPOFF MADE ME DRIVE 40 MILES ONLY TO SAY NO Carson California

I went to the website to try and make my purchase easier. It states that it is the easiest way to buy a car. I have excellent credit and faxed everything to SAM IN FLEET, he made me fax a copy of my paycheck, my registration for the trade in, the payoff for the trade in and DL. I even had $3,000 cash for down payment. We scheduled an appointment and drove 40 miles to only sign the paperwork for my 2006 Scion XB.

I got to the office and had to wait 45 minutes for SAM to come down. ONce he came down, we test drove the SCION XB and I was soo excited for my new car.

He made me sit in the little benches outside for another 55 minutes and when he finally did come out, he said, I'm sorry you don't qualify because of your trade in. I was so upset.

I went home and was so upset, I thought I was never going to be able to get my cute car. I emailed Carson Toyota and the internet manager and never got a response.

The very next day I went to Garden Grove Toyota and got in my 2006 Scion XB with only 1000 down and everything was done in less than 2 hours ! I would reccommend that everyone in
