Carsten Photographic Charged me 500.00 and never delivered pictures Nashville Tennessee

I hired Carsten Photographic for out wedding that took place on September 1, 2007. She took my deposit and my final payment. We Live in Seattle, so all of this was done via phone and email. She kept in contact with me up until the wedding and she showed up and she took a lot of pictures with her assistant. She even posted about 100 pictures on her my space page. They looked great. To this date I have never received any pictures. What is worse is she still continues to post our pictures on her many web sites. I tried calling her numerous times, emailed, and my husband even spoke with her father. All I ever wanted was my pictures. There were people at our wedding that will never be together again. I did not have a lot of pictures taken by friends and family since we hired a photographer. I also received and email from another customer who was unhappy. I did not want my money back I just want the pictures she promised. I even on many occasions told her I did not care if she printed the pictures, I just wanted the file or a cd so we could have them printed. We also paid for three parent books so that my husbands mother and father, and my parents could have one. I have tried so many times to have her contact me and she has not. My number and address have not changed. I am not disputing that she is a qualified photographer but she has not delivered the product that she went under contract to deliver. Her assistant at that time was a female, it was not Parker. I also have pictures of her taking pictures at my wedding, she also gave my brother in law her business card. He is in a band and she offered to take pictures of them performing. I have the signed contract as well as the a canceled check, and western union receipt for the deposit. I think it is deplorable to take advantage of a bride on her wedding day. I do not have pictures of my wedding. I cannot relive this day again. I just do not understand why you would take a job and complete the job but then not follow through with giving the pictures to your customers.
