I ordered stickers that we needed ASAP for our business so that we could get it going, have to have your name on your truck if working in certain towns.  We ordered from CarStickers.com because they promise to ship within 1 to 3 business days.  I ordered our stickers on May 8th, my paypal cleared on May 12th and nothing came in the mail.  I emailed them on May 18th, no response.  I called them twice on May 20th and was told that I would get a call back from the person who handled the paypal and that he should be back within the hour.  Two hours later I called and he was still out, but was assured that he would call me back THAT day.  No phone call.  Saturday morning I got an email that stated that paypal just cleared my payment....paypal actually sent me a message on May 12th that it cleared.  Kevin, representative from carstickers, tried to blame paypal and that they were slow.  Poor business in my book.  I still have no idea if I'm even going to get my stickers, nor what they will look like; but they've had my money since May 12th.  I would have appreciated honesty and an apology and would have calmly accepted that!!!  EXTREME disappointment with this business and if I can help it in the future, I won't be using them for lettering for our vehicles and our business. 

We lost 2 $1000+ jobs because we didn't have the stickers in time!!!

We apologize to this customer.  His payment with paypal did not electronically update to our website as payment received.  So the order was never received.  When he contacted us, we immediately verified the payment and processed the order. We always want to send orders in a fast and timely manner.  Usually shipping within 1-3 days.  We have a great reputation as the leading online car decal business and welcome your business and questions.  We are happy to take your calls.
