Carter Psycholgy Dr Carter Dr, Carter overcharges patients, she lies to the courts , she abuses her authority, when I filed a complaint with the dept of health, she asked the court to put an order in prohibiting me from doing so and the court did it.I have been told this order is illegal . Her professional opinions are swayed to the highest bidder She is destroying families everyday and people have had their hands tied to do anything about it. This Dr. Carter needs to be investigated for a number of issues. Overcharging of clients, her testimony before the courts, she is testifying on alienation currently and it was shown that aleination does not exist and has never been in the Diagnostic Manual. Her testimony is inconsistent. She plays conflicting roles at one time like parenting coordiantor and child advocate at the same time. She looks away from child issues when the money is in her favor to do so. She does this for money. She pays herself out to the highest bidder in family court cases. She has destroyed a number of families. There are many victims. Her fees are so great that it makes it impossible for some clients of hers to even seee there children as they cannot afford the great fees she applies so the child remains with the parent that will and can pay her astrinomical fees. The courts look the other way as one of the Judges wives , also a psycvholgist is a friend of hers. It is entangled web of moral wrong.
