**WARNING** Carter's Plumbing of Waterford, MI and Bloomfield Hills, MI is an UNLICENSED Plumbing and/or Mechanical contracting company, operating in violation of the Michigan Skilled Trades Regulation Act 407 of 2016. Under Michigan Law it is illegal for an unlicensed company to Install Water Heaters, Repair or Install Gas Lines or to operate as a Plumbing or Mechanical Contractor in the State of Michigan. In addition to being unlicensed, the owner Matthew W Carter is not a "Master Plumber" as he is falsely advertising, but is however an "Apprentice Plumber, License #8302043" verification of which is easily obtained via the Michigan Department of Licensing And Regulatory Affairs (LARA) website.
Furthermore, work performed by this or any other unlicensed contractor in the State of Michigan can be addressed to the LARA Bureau of Construction Codes (BCC) complaints department, the complaint form is available online and the office can be reached during normal business hours at (517) 335-9272. Through the LARA BCC Complaints program victims may be eligible for restitution of the funds they paid to an unlicensed contractor.
Protect your family, your property and your pocket book. Before you hire a contractor, ALWAYS ask to see their State of Michigan License, or verify they are licensed on the Michigan LARA BCC website, your life my just depend on it.

Ok, good idea let's look that license number up... SURPRISE another lie! Last I checked you were Carter's Plumbing LLC of Waterford and Bloomfield Hills. The license you referenced belongs to SCSR Inc. (AKA Phills Plumbing) located at 4​2​8​8​2​ ​M​O​U​N​D​ ​R​D S​T​E​R​L​I​N​G​ ​H​G​T​S​ ​M​I​ ​4​8​3​1​4... I'm sorry to inform you but just listing someone else's license doesn't make you licensed, nice try though... How about trying to run a legitimate business, stop ripping people off, do things the right way, and stop lying to yourself and everyone you meet? I don't know it's just a thought. Looking forward to your next tall tale and a chuckle

WARNING, this is not a Carter's Plumbing customer. Judging by the content, this is a competitor company looking to spread lies or steal customers. Here at Carter's Plumbing, we work hard to make every customer happy. If any of our customers or potential customers have any doubt about our State of Michigan License, please look us up. Our Master Plumbing License, registered with the State of Michigan is 8002704. It is extremely unfortunite to read this false and negative review.
