Cartridge World Charge 20% restocking fee on a fraud printer sold to me. Las Vegas Nevada

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a refurbished printer from this store. Was not told there was no installation cd, nor restocking fee of 20% if returen. Came home and test printing and it did not work on both World printing, nor PDF file printing: line skipping. Took it back to the store for returning. Had to pay about $46.00 for restocking fee.
Anyone buying things from this store should be carful, especially thier refurbished printers. Better check everything at the store first before bring it home.

It's heartening to note that the customer has agreed that the issue is resolved. There was NEVER a case of fraud here; rather a difference of opinion. Whereas the staff of this store found the printer to be working fine, the customer contended it was not.
Thus, the benefit of doubt goes to the customer. Consumer advocacy not withstanding, merchants must always do the right thing. Where there is doubt, the resolution is in customer's favor. When not in doubt, then the outcome is obvious.
To label a transaction as fraud without knowing all the facts is very UNFORTUNATE.

The owner of the Cartridge World at 3655 South Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada contact me regarding to my complain. He was not there when it happened. He understood the situation and apologized. He said he will refund the 20% restocking fee. I appreciated he handle this issue appropriately.
