hello,
i'm a newly licensed realtor in san jose,ca.; and about two months ago i bought 25 'buyer leads' for $524.98 from realtytracker.com, i was to be notified of buyer leads through email notifications and text messages. after three weeks of not receiving any buyer leads i called realty tracker and spoke with cary greene who told me that if i wanted to receive any buyer leads i had to sign a one year contract at $500 a month; after a lengthy discussion of me explaing that all i wanted was the 25 buyer leads i had paid for and not wanting to go on a years contract, it ended with cary greene insisting that the only way to get any 'buyer leads' was to sign a contract. in short, i was getting nowhere with cary greene so i decided to send an email to the c.e.o. of realty tracker, sean whitely explaining my problem; his reply was the same answer as cary greene. it's been two months since i've paid for the 25 buyer leads and i still haven't received any leads. i'd like to know what kind of recourse i have and how can i resolve this problem. i appreciate your help and response.

Realty Tracker apologizes for the troubles. We are committed to fulfilling our obligation and delivering the purchased leads to Joe and every customer working with our company. Of recent, we introduced Contracts that allowed us to more quickly deliver leads to customers. Our goal is to convert Joe's account from a Bulk Package to a Contract. Realty Tracker managed to figure out a way to convert customer's contracts without requiring the customer to pay any additional money. Their initial investment will serve as credit for future billing. Customer will not be required to sign a Contract. All we need is the customer's permission to proceed with the conversion. I am confident RealtyTracker and Joe can come to a mutual agreement.
