Casa Blanca Express Intentionally Deceptive Marketing/Bait and Switch Las Vegas, Washington

Want a free trip?  It is NOT from Casa Blanca.  Go to Priceline and buy a last minute deal breaker.  Casa Blanca Express advertises intentionally deceptive "free" trips in which you pay a deposit and then taking the trip either becomes impossible because they over book, miserable because they lie about the acomodations and the schedule, or too expensive because they confuse you about whether or not the airfare is included and then wait until your cancellation option expiries to tell "remind" you that no airfare is included and only premium fare flights are available.   Hence they steal the upfront deposit and then charge you late fees and penalties.  THIS IS THE BUSINESS OF CASA BLANCA......  TAKING DEPOSITS AND CHARGING LATE FEES AND  PENALTIES on promotional travel that is next to impossible to actually use.  

They should just say, "This is Casa Blanca Express.  We would like to take money from you.  First what is the worst time to call you?  Now?  That's great.  How much do you earn so we can calculate how large of a deposit to sucker you into giving us for a trip we will make next to impossible for you to go on.   Based on that we will then determine how large of a cancellation and penalty fee to charge you for not going.  

And by the way, this is recorded so we document we told you ahead of time that when you realize we have tricked you, we will have a recording of you saying that we told you and claim we didn't trick you.  Then we will continue to lie to you and tell you that you have no recourse to stop us.  That way we can do the same thing to the next guy.
