Casa Del Rio St. Johns the Pinnacle Family LYING, DECEITFUL, DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY jacksonville FLORIDA

This company is nothing short of a nightmare, my family moved in and the same day found a patch of mold that was atleast 2 by 3 ft in my bacthroom. this continued for months. there was mold, my ceiling started falling in, there were leaks upstairs from their toilet that were flooding my house and the complex would do nothing for weeks at a time. 

the problem got so bad that we threatened the health department, at this time the Regional manager of pinnacle advised us we could move with no penalty and would even refund our deposit so we did just that. We moved out october first, gave our keys and did a walk through but couldnt get anything in writing from Doug, the RM for pinnacle.

we heard nothing for months then was contacted by a collections agency for $1600!!!! I immediatly called casa del rio who advised they made a mistake, saw our move out notice and would clear the account. this was a LIE. i called back the following week and low and behold there was ANOTHER new manager there who knew nothing about the account and nothing about a credit. i submitted the photos, work orders and my electric bill showing that me electric was turned off on my move out day. they again said they would zero out the account.

i called the collection agency to confirm it was done, they said no that all casa del rio had done was remove the $1,000 fee for breaking my rent but were still charging an extra months rent and somehow "lost" my move out letter and walk through check list.

i have been disputing this for months, contacted corporate and still cant get any answers. this company is horrid and this complex had nothing but drug dealers, hookers, and dope boys on every corner. no one, and i mean NO ONE should ever live here.
