I was an employee for almost 2 years at Casa. The owners girlfriend Diane DePreter was the "Manager."

This woman has grabbed my butt uncountable times while I was on the job. She also offered to bring me home to her house. One time after hours, while the staff relaxes after work she said "I could crush a man's head with my Thighs" she then (sitting on the bar, with my friend (16 years old) in front of her on the bar stool) said "(Friend's Name) put your head here" as she spread her legs and poined in between. My friend then ran out and waited for his ride outside. Any employee will tell you that she does sexually harass her staff, male or female.

Casa del Sol serves many Chicken oriented dishes, but did you know that hardly any of their chicken dishes contain chicken?

The only dish that contains chicken are the ones that say chicken breast, or the chicken sincronazada, all the rest contain diced turkey.

The "manager" stickes her finger in foods to test the temperature and quality of the food. Thats right she sticks her finger in it and tastes it, if she isn't confident in her first trial she goes in again. She rarely washes her hands and never wears a hair net, and if you knew this woman's crazy hair all over it might gross you out.

Most of the employee's in the back are still in highschool. In order to keep your job you must be able to work your full shift, and unfortunatly the only shift they have is 3-close (closing is 10pm, and the dishwashers and line cooks get done approxiamently an hour later) this means no working after 9pm for school students, and I as a student did this at least 4 nights a week for about a year. Also there are certain ages that you use knives and ovens, and Casa has 14 year olds cutting lettuce, and their finger tips off.

There is one last thing, The "manager" Diane DePreter, which there is no solid proof of but evidence leaning towards, drug use. One time at the bar she took a shot of the $45 a shot tequilla (it's name I can't recall) and said "This is better than cocaine." This and the constant red eyes, totally wide open, extremely energetic (even though she constantly says I only slept for a couple hrs last night, constantally drinking,) leads me to believe that she indeed is a drug user of some sort.

This buisness is run by a psychotic woman and I am hear as an ex-employee finally telling the public what they need to hear about this crazy restaraunt.
