A group called Casbalanca Contractors and N&R Construction ripped me off for over $400,000 when they won a bid to build me a new house. They essentially claimed to have used the money to purchase materials, such as special windows and so forth, when realistically the money was being funnelled to the different parties and all of a sudden was missing just like the material. I am not the only victim in this scam.
There are others and what really bothers me is that I took these guys to civil court and my lawyer ended up saying "look, you're going to end up spending another $100K in legal fees to get a judgement against a group that has nothing under their name". So, there's the justice system for you.
I've hired a former DA to help me with this cause but then again who knows? If anybody else had a similar situation with this group, please contact me as the more victims I can find the better. Thank you in advance.

This is a lie. They went to court and the construction company won. There was no DA hired and when they went to trial the judge found in favor of the construction company. The customer is a constant liar. Also the Only parties involved in the court case where Haris, and the construction company which was Ronnie and Yosi. Ronnie owned the construction company. No one but Ronnie owned the construction company and the Only worker he had was Yosi. So the original report is all around lie and needs to be removed.
