I got a phone call from a lady named Michelle Brown claiming to be an attorney for the Dept. of Legal Affairs. She claimed that I was being sued from Cash Advance USA concerning a payday online loan. I never took out a loan with cash advance usa ever.She therefore wanted the name of my attorney,so they could so called "fax" paperwork to his office.This is a complete scam. I never took any loan out with cash advance usa ever. Do not get taken in by these people. I hope they can stop this soon.I got another phone call from a Nancy White saying a lawsuit had been filed and that it was under investigation. Her number is 508-683-0014.Today this same phone number for Nancy White is unavailable.This is in regard to Cash Advance USA and a frivilious and fradulent Lawsuit.I never took out any loans with their company ever. I also sent Cash Advance USA a letter by email concerning this scam,the loan that I never took out and these fradulent people trying to scam innocent people.Michelle Brown is posing as an attorney for the Dept. of Legal Affairs and Investigations. I sent her phone number of 818-337-3042.These people are trying to Scam people.I have never taken out a loan ever with Cash Advance Usa ever.What I want to know is how do these scammers get your personal information if they r not working for these online services?Someone should put a stop to these types of scams.
