Stay far away from this builder, as they will steal your money!! They pocket the money and do not pay there subcontractors. They are running an operation that is hurting the owners , subcontractors and especially the economy. The management and employees fail to offer the information needed to have a project completed on time and especially with the up most quality. I would be afraid to step foot into a home completed by Barry. His supervision allows subs to do what ever they want, make their own decisions, and complete when and how they want. This ensures a complete disaster when it comes to the final product. Casas del Oso also fails to recognize work being completed by subcontractors which automatically puts money right in his pocket. He chooses to push the subcontractors so hard that they do not care about there product, and beats them up on price so you can ensure they are sending the most unqualified people to complete the project. Also, you can only expect liens and lawyer expenses working with Barry, because his methods of accounting are so confusing, that you will not know what is going on. Casas del Oso is only in it for himself, you would most defiantly talk to other builders.
