We found these crooks by using craigslist.  They have an ad for moving, along with several for auto repair.  We called on Monday 8/29, and this man named Robbie Casas showed up at our home.  He drove a nice car, had a briefcase and a contract.  We signed and gave him a deposit for the move.  The move was sceduled for 9/1.  They never showed up.  We called and no answer.  We used a different cell phone, and guess what, they answer on first ring.  They stated they had sent the truck to the wrong town, and that they were on the way.  We waited and called again.....no answer.

Hubby was frustrated so he called and said he was going to stop payment on check, then we get call back.  Still no movers.  Went to bank and the thief had cashed check the same day her received it.  Company is a phoney, address is fake.

The fake company is "Case Logistics" and the address is 940 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN.

Ran criminal history and found that this is an ex-con by the name of Robbie A Casas, Tomis ID number is 00323610.  He has 2 brothers in the Nashville Area who are by this guy's statements involved with this fake scam company.  Their names are Danny Casas and Frank Casas.  They also advertise on other classified ads in Nashville.  They always like to use the number "615-973-9688" in their ads.  Do not use these people.

We are prosecuting and are working with the police to bring this group down.  We have managed to get a warrant for his arrest in Maury County for fraud on the elderly due to my husband's age.  Hopefully, the fool runs a red light, then we will have him.  We have several addresses where he has lived along with pictures of his car and license plate.  Just love that we put up our hunting cameras early to check on the deer before the season.  If anyone else is a victim, call Maury County Sheriff's office and speak to the detective division.

Robbie Casas

AUTHOR: biddie - ()

 Hello,

I also was ripped off by Robbie Casas.  He got me for $250.  I was just curious to know how your case is going.  Did you ever get any  resolution to your case against him?  He has ripped off 5 people in Davidson county, including me.

I am waiting to hear from the Fraud Department on Monday and then I will get a warrant for his arrest.  The person that filed the latest report, today, he has Robbie's address.  He said this thief lives in Hendrsonville.  He could give you his address.

I don't know how you would proceed after that, being in Maury County, but I am sure there is some way for the authorities to catch him.

I can be reached at (((email redacted))).  I hope you all can get him.  I am going to get an arrest warrant.  You said due to your husbands age you got it for ripping off the elderly.  I am 67.  Is that old enough to get it on being elderly?

Thank you.

I know for a fact who the person Robbie Casas is.  case logistics is a phony company.  he uses the company name case because he will call himself rob case.  hes worked only a small amount of time with a job that was considered legal.   that's all he knows how to do is rip people off and use innocent women to keep him up. he's fathered a large amount of children that he doesn't pay child support for.  i doubt if he does get caught anything would happen because he gets out of trouble every time.  he's had countless dui's which he's probably only served very little time and yet continues to drive.
i will say that frank could not have been involved in this because he's been dead for about three years and i seriously believe if he was alive that he would do anything like this.

i myself have been ripped off by this person not by a business sense but by a personal relationship. he took my car, money and took persoanl objects from my home and sold for his beer addiction.
