Case Lowe & Associates harrassing phone calls about payday loan I took out washington, District of Columbia

Make a long story short I filed bankruptcy in 2005, lost the house and car.  With that I had taken out payday loans.  In April of this year I was contacted at work by a Kenneth Richardson 865-293-4363 Case Lowe & Assoc., who claimed to be working for the Nat'l Assistance Fund.  One of their umbrella companies they claim had given me a payday loan that was not paid back.  I asked them not to contact me at work, gave them my home number and new mailing address and asked them to send me whatever paperwork they had and I would make every attempt to pay them back.  Unfortunately just like the people that work for the payday loan places, all they are interested in is harrassing you both at work and home and making very unreasonable demands and threaten you.

I was contacted at home on July, 27th this year by Mr. Richardson stating the same thing and again I asked him to please send my copies of whatever paperwork he had, he claimed he was unable to do that and also could not tell me the name of the company, the date the loan was given and very general details, he also wanted me to confirm my SS#.

I was contacted again at work on November 1st & 2nd of this year by a Thomas Treadwell, Case Lowe & Assoc., 646-657-2535, again claiming that they work for the Nat'l Assistance Fund and one of umbrella companies gave me a payday loan and that they were advising me that charges of addvidavit fraud, receiving funds illegally, I asked them for copies, names, dates...., Mr. Treadwell said he was not obligated to give me any of that information but was letting me know about the charges.  

I do admit I had taken out payday loans and around that same time I had filed for bankruptcy and made numerous bad judgement calls, however as I have explained to all of them, once the loan can be confirmed, I had contacted my bank at the time and received copies of my bank statements for that time period to compare to paperwork I am trying to get from them.  I have been contacted by places claiming to have loaned me money but once details have been given , it was determined they were trying to get money out of me of something they did not give me in the first place.

I am hoping that someone out there can help, I don't own my home, don't have a car and as a result of the harrassing phone calls and threats I get several times a year since all of this started I am unable to open a bank account in my name or save any money for my future.
