case scene Took money but have yet to ship the order. I can not get in touch with them. Internet

I ordered  a Flutterbye fairy for my granddaughter via the internet on Nov. 11, 2017.  They acknowledged the order and gave me my order number via email.  They also took the money from my credit card very quickly.  Every time I try to track the order it says it has not been shipped but is being processed.  This has gone on over a month.  I have also tried to email them with no response.  When I use the phone number they provided a recording tells me that they are unavailable at this time but to contact them by email.
