Caseworks Of Ohio, Buckeye Interiors, Jerry Sager This company signed Change Orders and approved additional work on three projects and not only didn't pay the additional work but did not pay the complete contracts. WARNING do not do work for this SOB he will rob you blind! Johnstown Ohio

WARNING do not give work to or perform work for Caseworks of Ohio or Buckeye Interiors, AKA Jerry Sager. This man does not pay his subcontractors or material suppliers, he does not complete his projects. He stiffed me for over $50,000.00 on three different projects. I wouldn't recommend filing propper notices just dont do business with him! He will let his current business sit stagnent and work under a different name to get out of paying people and he won't return your calls. For references call Giambrone Construction, Mosser Construction, Southern Cabinetry, etc. He is a LIAR and has burned many people. He signed all of my additional work orders and has failed to pay any of them including the remainder of the contracts. He is a bottom feeding parasite that rips everyone off to advance himself finacially! This industry needs less of these spineless jellyfish. If you cross paths with him run the other way. He is a proffesional con man and has been doing this for years!!! If you have been ripped off by this man please file a report!

At this time Caseworks of Ohio and I have settled our dispute and agreed to terms for a settlement. We are awaiting payment for this settlement. I was asked to remove this report by Caseworks of Ohio and have requested it.
