Casey Chevrolet, Casey Autogroup Ripoff Forged a paycheck stub Resulting in me losing my job Newport News Virginia

On around February 9, 2004. My fiance and I went to Casey Chevrolet to the BarNone office. I had as required, the paycheck stubs. Both his and mine. Phone number to verify residency.

I had filled out online and application for BarNone. As my fiance the applicant, myself as co-applicant. My income. How long I was employed. I got to the dealership. The saleslady( Marqurette Ivy. Filled out the application in front of us. Took everything down that was true. I never once signed anything.

She then gave the information to her manager. Which we did not see for four hours! I had to leave in order to go back to work. They gave me the van. To take home. I was to bring in the rest of the down payment when my income tax was deposited into my account.

Around the 25th of February of 2004. I get a call by radio to come into my supervisors office. I was a school bus driver. They handed me a letter of termination. On that letter it said because of fraudulating a paycheck stub.

So, I started making phone calls. Thinking someone had stolen my identity. Come to find out. I called my landlady. She said some back called to ask what I paid monthly in rent. They put down that I paid half. Ok. Rent is 675 a month. they put that I paid a little over 400. Well, thats not half.

With the help of a friend we tried to get as much information as possible. We got two applications. One saying I was a supervisor making 3200 a month. Second saying I made almost 40000 a year as an assistant principle for six years. On the delivery worksheet, which I had initialed how long and how much the payments would be. It said, That I was a busdriver and had my bus number listed !

The detective handling my case had to close it. He got the same amount of information as I did. The BarNone application they refused to give me. That had all the correct information. I guess, they figured if I had that. I would be able to sue.

I tried to contact the BBB they told me to call the Motor Vehicle Board of Virginia. I tried to do that wrote at least three emails. Not one person responded to me. The dealership. Well, they just contacted their lawyers. They wrote , I responded with phone calls. They returned my call one time that was it.

Not one thing has been resolved. I have no documentation to help further my case. I just want people to know that. They are a very dishonest dealership. The General Manager, made me feel like I was a piece of carpet to walk on. This was not my fault. It was a dishonest salesperson. Trying to get a deal anyway they can. Just to make their quota for the month in sales.
