Casey Ditmore or Cell Mart (Cellmartcells.com) is dealing dishonestly in the cell phone business. He reached our company offering used phones at a reasonable to slightly below market value. He regularly reaches out to industry professionals in the wholesale phone business through mass emails from either yahoo or cellmarcells accounts and using mass email from Campaigner.com. These emails are realistic quantities and realistic prices for used/tested phones. He always asks for a wire payment in advance and that is where things go sour. 

After payment he promises immediate shipment within a few days, then stops answering calls. He forwards a tracking number which has inflated weight on it (ie showing 50lbs when it's really 10), in order to make it appear that he is shipping the stock that was paid for. 

We first received a box of empty boxes, no phones. Then after persistence, calls and threats of legal action we received a box of phones. Then no response for days and days. Then we received a tracking number which was promised to be the balance of the order. It arrived 75% less than the stated weight and was full of garbage bags of used phone cords chargers and other value-less accessories. FedEx was contacted and their fraud department told us that he is using stolen credit cards to purchase these airbills at a local shipping store in Sulfur Springs, TX. 

Police were contacted in Sulfur Springs and he is presently under investigation for several similar scams and theft complaints. 

We have yet to receive the rest of our order after almost 7 weeks and are taking legal action.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE. You may get a good deal but you won't get what you paid for. He will take your money and never give it back.
