Casey Stermer Photography rip-off Lansford Pennsylvania

Casey Stermer took the team pictures for the Panther Valley Elementary Wrestling program this season. The pictures were taken in January. The season was over in March. 90% of the children either never received their pictures at all or they did not receive all the pictures that were supposed to be included in the package they paid for. In addition to this, the quality of the pictures were horrible.

Since Casey was also a mother to one of the wrestlers and her husband was an assistant coach, no one really complained much about the quality of the photos to Casey. However, when the season ended, the phone calls started pouring in to the head coach from parents who didn't get their pictures. When Casey was confronted about this she became very defensive making up excuse after excuse.

During this fiasco, I came to find out that Casey also sold Longeberger baskets to several moms involved in Knee-Hi football this past season who never received them yet paid for them ($50 each). Once again, excuses, excuses for why they never got them.

Unfortunatley one of the lessons here is not to do business with people you really don't know. We thought of her as a trusted friend only to find that she is deceitful and unprofessional.

Hopefully this complaint will prevent others from being fooled and ripped-off.
