I deal with them right now. i got  phone  call say i  got  a  payday  loan also and  did  pay it  back. well i have  pre-paid  bank account  you can't  get a payday loan  on them. They  also have  all my  informaton. I tld  that  i did  get  a  loan  and  can  prove it and  that  i have  prepaid  bank account. they threat  me  wit  a law  suit and arrest. Well they  will not  give  me  any information  about this or  talk to  only threat. the  name  of the  so call lawyer office is  First  attorery  office  out  of  CA> they number  is 310-547-8686. I went  to  Cash adavance  Usa website  and  hit  contact us  they have  a  warnign about  this and to  contact Stopfraud.gov here  email address to  write them ffetf@usdoj.gov and phone 202-514-2000. I call and  left a  message and  wrote  a  email. don't pay this  it  scam but  the  scare  thing these  people  know  everthing about  me so. so  close  my  bank account  open  a new  one  and  report  to  the  bank if  you  are  a  deal  with  contact  the  justice  dept and let  get  these  guy  in  jail
