Cash Advance Amercia Advance America Cash AdvancePayday Loan Emailed Approval Contracts but then requires money upfront when banking with JP Morgan CHASE Nationwide

     I applied for a personal loan thru one of a few broker site on cash advances.  I received an approval email from Advance America Payday Loan. The first line of the letter stated,  "  As a company we do not believe in any upfront in form of cash, credit or debit card. Only a guarantee is required from the customer which your loan officer would tell how to process."

     I called the number and the representative confirmed all my information.  Once this was done he stated all we need now is your banking routing number and acct number.  Once this was given, he stated all we need now is your last four of social security number to proceed.  I gave that too him.

     Within a moment or so, the reprsentative came back on the line and stated welll I see your scores are a little low, and for us to proceed, we will require you to pay upfront 10% of the loan amount.  I explained that the letter stated differently. All of a sudden we were disconnected.

     I called back and lucky me received the same representative, he stated did I change my mind, I asked him why the upfront fees when the letter stated differently, he stated it was due to my banking with Chase bank.  he stated " WE DO NOT LIKE CHASE BANK OR THERE CUSTOMRS".  I stated excess me, and he stated "F**k you" and hung up again.

     I sent an email to the C.E.O. named Daniel Gray and Sr. Loan Office Daniel Cartain. asking if this was there polciy there phone number 805-350-5048.  I received a call from an indian sounding person, stating good luck and then they disconnected.

     People beware of this company!!!!!!
