 Im another one that got a call from David Marshall 951-468-0081 telling me  cash adavance usa is sueing me for 495 dollars they sent to my checking account. I told him i was not going to send anyone  money and i know a scam when i see one and i havent had another phone call. I cant believe this company and the people behind all the scams are not put behind bars with all the other crooks...
